Here are the Prom Pictures from Saturday night, 4/28/07. I loaded these pictures in the opposite order I should have...what else is new! I always forget that first is last & last is first on this blog! This is a decent selection, you can't really see the true beauty of this dress! It was very nice.

Happy Easter-Happy Spring?

Can you believe it is April, and snow has been falling like it was November! Here are some pictures of Dalanie egg hunting in North Star the day before Easter. She was bundled in all her winter gear, right down to her boots!

The three kids with the *FAKE* Easter Bunny himself. Dalanie let us know, that is not the real deal, look at his feet, and there is a zipper in the back...that was what gave him/her away! The shoes & zipper!

Danielle went to the Sadie Hawkin's Dance/Spring Fling with Javin Frost. We were totally rushed! And since we normally have Andi fix her hair, I was at a loss, when time ran short! Her dress & shoes looked darling together, but, her hair was totally rushed. Oh-well. I think they had a good time!

Saturday was Mitchell's last basketball tournament. They lost the first game, but doubled up on points to win the last two. Mitchell only had 2 pts the first game. (Got himself into foul trouble) He had 11 pts the next game & 9 the last game.

BasketBallers 2007

Here is Mitchell's basketball picture along with his team picture. I scanned the whole mat, hopefully it will show up well on the computer.

On Febuary 12th, Mitchell experienced a buckle fracture on his left wrist. It happened at basketball practice. He has been wearing a prescribed wrist/thumb spint type of support. So, he has missed out on some basketball games. He has it x-rayed again Friday, and is hoping to play this upcoming Saturday.

Dalanie

Today was Dalanie's Valentine's party at preschool. We did not have a Valentine outfit this year, so we improvised. She was super excited because it was her snack day, and she took personalize heart shaped cookies! Why on earth she feels the need to pose! It is the only way I can get a picture though, she will look back some day & regret acting like this! LOL

Mitchell's Basketball

Mitchell is on the 6th grade traveling basketball/tournament team. They have played 3 Saturdays now. The first was in Alma, against Vestaburg, and they won. The second they were in a tournament at Fulton & took 2nd place in their bracket. This past weekend, they played in Vestaburg and took 1st place in the tournament. This was the first weekend they were able to wear their new uniforms. Which are very nice I might add!

Prior to this weekend, they have had to wear black shorts & the GIRL'S old 8th grade uniform tops! Mitchell is wearing Vanessa Ogle's old number. So, I feel it safe to say, Mitchell was very pleased to rid himself of the number 45 and his mother & sister cheering for him as Vanessa...who could resist?

As soon as I have pictures in the new uniforms, I will post. I did not take my camera Saturday, and so I asked a couple of other mothers if they could share pictures.
